I’ve worked with Rob in Rugby Union for the past 2 years where I have seen him produce more robust, resilient athletes who could repeat high intensity loads in very demanding competitions such as the NRC and Shute Shield.

As Head of Athletic Performance at Northern Suburbs, Rob made the players fitter, faster, stronger to be able to cope with a 22-game season. Due to Rob’s specialised training they were able to develop not only as athletes but transfer this on to the field. This was instrumental to the coaching staff as we were able to keep a group who were now more resilient to injury on the field throughout the campaign thus allowing us to win the Shute Shield Premiership, the clubs first in 41 years.

At the Sydney Rays Rob individualised professional programs for players to be at their maximum potential throughout the tournament. With a tough travelling schedule Rob remained professional and kept the players to high standards. This allowed individuals to push to the next level of their careers; something I’m sure they will hold in high regard. The NRC is a tough competition physically as the players are coming straight from a full season. Rob made the transition seamless due to his experience and astute methods.

I would highly recommend Rob to a professional program and any self-motivated athlete wanting to better themselves. Rob has a proven track record for getting results.
